10-day Green Smoothie Cleanse:
Preparation

I received my paperback copy of the "10-day Green Smoothie Cleanse" by JJ Smith on Sunday. I have decided to do the "Full Cleanse." On the full cleanse, I will drink smoothies 3 x's a day, eat snacks, drink water (at least 64 oz.), drink detox tea, and perform one of two ways to keep my bowels moving.

On this cleanse you do not eat refined sugar, meat, milk, cheese, liquor, beer, coffee, sodas/diet sodas, processed foods, fried foods, refined carbs (white bread, pastas, donuts).

According to the book, you can lose up to 15 pounds in 10 days. I am sure the pounds and results can vary depending on the different people. 


 Right now I am just starting the green smoothie cleanse. This is day one; I did not had any problems today. I haven't been hungry. I haven't had any side effects, no headaches, no nausea, no nothing but a very good day. I'm getting ready to start on two .

As I'm to start my cleanse I did take my body measurements and my weight. I have one of those total scales. It's a total body scale with touch sensitive controls but it measures your water level, your body's fat content, your bone density, and your muscle mass. I have taken my measurements and will compare them at the end of the cleanse to see my results.
